At Playful Promises, we want you to feel confident in your summer style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie must be returned with the original protective adhesive strip intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
